Business or Corporate Headshots

Most clients prefer the shoot to be done at their office, but, if you prefer, you can arrange to come to my home in Knaresborough, where I have a small studio space (the kettle will be on!)

For a short (30minutes) individual headshot session, there is a session fee of £350 that is payable on booking your session.

This reserves your slot and means that I won’t book other clients at this time. This session fee covers my time at the session and travelling up to 10 miles from Knaresborough (if the shoot is to be at your premises).

For travelling further afield, I will charge an additional fee to cover my additional time and tavelling expenses. I will discuss this with you beforehand.

After the session, I will then process and retouch any images that you decide you want to keep and these will cost £35 each for digital images for use on the internet.

You will have the opportunity to purchase additional prints when you receive your online gallery. The price of the prints will depend on the size and paper you choose. Framing is also avalable to purchase from your online gallery.

So, in summary, your minimum investment will be £350 plus £35 per digital image.

For team headshots, I will be able to offer discounted session fees per individual. We can discuss this if you are interested in team headshots.

Don’t worry, it can easily be removed during my retouching later. In general, I would prefer for you to leave it as it is, rather than try to hide it with a lot of makeup.

I provide a professional retouching service, but I try to keep it minimal so it still looks natural.

As a general rule, I will remove spots and obvious skin blemishes and any temporary things, such as stray hairs. I won’t remove more permanent features, such as scars, unless you specifically request this.

I put my heart and soul into each retouched image that I release into the world. As such when an image has my name attached to it as the photographer, I want to make sure it meets my high standards.

Handing out unretouched images can mean they inevitably get out into the wild or are retouched strangely by someone else. As such I only deliver the retouched images with my sessions. So the answer is absolutely no.

Session fees come with no photos included, and the digitals can be purchased for £35 per image. Each image will be professionally retouched.

In a shoot, I will typically create a minimum of 15 images (usually many more than this) and at the end of the session, you decide which ones you want to keep. I will retouch these and provide them to you in your own private online gallery.

You can, if you wish, purchase more than one digital image, and you can also order prints through your online gallery.

You will receive an online gallery within 48 hours of the shoot, where you can access and select your final photos. Once these are selected there could be up to a 2-week period whilst they are edited – but often it is much faster.

If you order prints in addition to digital images, the prints will typically be delivered within two weeks of placing the order.

To book a session, I require the full session fee (often called a sitting fee) to be paid on booking to secure your session date and time.

Once you have paid your session fee, I guarantee that I will not book other clients at the time you have booked.

If you need to cancel the shoot more than 7 days prior to the date, I will provide a full refund or, if you prefer, we can reschedule the shoot to a mutualy convenient date and time.

Up to 48 hours before the shoot I’m happy to use the deposit against a different mutually convenient date.

Any shoots that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the shoot will be subject to no return of the sitting fee.

If, for some reason, such as ill health, I need to cancel the session that you have booked, I will offer you the option of either a full refund or a rescheduled session date if that is what you prefer.

My aim is to ensure that every client walks away with headshots they love and are proud to use.

With this in mind, once we have finished the session and you have seen your photos, you get to decide if you are happy with them.

If you decide that, for some reason, you are not happy with your photos, I will offer you either a 100% refund, or, if you prefer, the opportunity to reschedule a complimentary session at another mutually convenient time and date.

If you are not happy with your photos, you must let me know within 24 hours of you seeing the photos.

My 100% guarantee does not apply to a forfeited session fee due to late cancellation.
